So shocked to hear the sad news of rosemary’s passing
A life too short as she was always full of life. A close friend in the abbey & crossed paths many times since. A sad loss for all her family and I know how proud she was of Sara & jack .my last pic is of jack as he walked into college 2018. May she RIP

I was deeply shocked by this news. Rosemary was so often my partner in crime at the Abbey. Our paths also crossed during the school holidays when I visited my cousins in Ballymahon. I was looking forward to seeing her at our reunion in October as we both missed the last one. My deepest sympathy to you all at this most difficult time. May she rest in peace..

Just heard the very sad news of Rosemary’s death. I spent 5 years with her at boarding school - she helped us get through the years with her quick wit and humour. Sending sincere condolences to all of her family. RIP.

Deeply shocked with the news of Rosemarys passing which we only learnt of today. Rosemary was full of fun and laughter and will be sadly missed by her boarding schools pals. Too young. Rest in peace

Shocked to hear of Rosemary’s untimely passing..my condolences to all her family. She was a wonderful lady who I got to know through my holidays at the Sands hotel. We are similar age and we spoke of our families and life in general. She was so helpful and gave me her phone number and email to help when we were going again. I was only taking about her last week and how we must contact her ..

My absolute condolences to Rosemary’s family. I had the honour of working with her in Dublin once and I will never forget the kindness she showed me as I was young in my career. We stayed in touch over the years as our prospective lives took us overseas and into tourism. In a sunny climate we met , a friendly Irish voice , reassurance and kindness, a bit of craic. Great advice and locations she sent us. A bit of colour in a sunny arid landscape. We would call to say hello even if we weren’t staying at the sands ,
Her stories of her family are what I remember most , warm and loving .how she loved you all. Her dogs her love of the island and how she got through covid . a little bit of home in lanzarote
Just saw her in December running around organising everyone at the marathon. She looked great. A big heart. A big loss . Thinking of you all.
