I had the privilege of acting along side Sam in The Drogheda Drama Festival In 1987 when Sam took home a medal for his part in a one act comedy called ‘George’ The Group also won the cup for best audience play . There were great celebrations that night. I can tell you. . Sam was a gifed comic actor and a gentleman. Rest In Peace Sam
