— Your husband.
It's still difficult to believe that Sarah has gone, our deepest sympathy to Steve, the William's families both in Ireland and the UK. We had the great pleasure of living next door to Sarah since she moved to Ireland and we deeply miss her infectious laugh and her caring, goodhearted nature. What a truly lovely person she was, so full of life and fun, she will be forever missed by us all ❤️

I just want to say how much I loved Sarah. I was so lucky to receive her friendship and her wonderful kindness. I will never be able to forget the beautiful flowers along with a surprise that she would bring me in. I will miss her calling in for a nice chat and her beautiful cooking and especially at Christmas time when she would look after me so well. I will never forget her, what a friend, i was so lucky to call her a friend and let’s all help Stephen at this sad time.
— Pauline Garland
Sarah, you were the first person in Maypark to show us kindness when we had just gotten Remi. You were so patient, caring and taught us so much about dogs when we were very nervous pet parents. We each had great chats with you, so much so that we would come home and eagerly repeat them to each other. I admired how friendly and engaging you were to everyone you encountered in the park and wished I could have been more like you. I still do!

Ourselves and Remi will miss you dearly x

She was not only a colleague but a good friend to me and like so many have said she was always there to help with whatever I might bring to her. Sending you all love and strength at this sad and difficult time.
Rest in pease Sarah xxx

I never had the pleasure to meet Sarah in person, but from the very first time I spoke to her on the phone she made me feel so at ease even when dealing with what seemed a big issue, it never seemed so big after speaking to Sarah.
I always knew I would end up smiling after speaking to her and I feel she was a very lovely lady.
Remembering her always and smiling at the memory.
Sending my deepest condolences to all her family, friends and work colleagues. Xx

Dear Stephen. I have worked with Sarah for many years at Trailfinders. Unfortunately we did not meet very often as I am based in Limerick. However, I had the pleasure of Sarahs company over the phone on most days. Sarah was a very special person who helped me out of a number of scrapes and near misses. She was excellent at her job but more importantly she was excellent as a human being. I will miss her friendly smiley voice and all that she does for me and the team at Trailfinders. Wishing you and yours much love and support at this difficult time. Sarah was someone we were all very proud of. Chris and the team at TF Limerick

Dear Stephen and family

I was so saddening and shocked to hear about Sarah . There wasn’t a day when one of us didn’t speak to her with a problem or two to sort. She was the kindest must genuine sole. Always helpful and cheerful. She was our little ray of sunshine and very much one of the team here in Oxford TF too. We all loved her and will miss her so so much .

Rest in peace Sarah

To Stephen and Sarah’s family,

I’d like to add my heartfelt condolences to those of my former colleagues in Trailfinders.

I worked in the Dublin Office with Sara for five years. She was very helpful at the start when I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, and she made time to give advice and have a friendly word, both inside the workplace, and many times outside. She was always up for a laugh and was great company.

I have no doubt that she will be sorely missed, but her memory will also be fondly cherished by many.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis.

Such a tragic loss and my thoughts are with all of Sarah’s family at such a difficult time. Like many, I never met Sarah in person but we spoke a lot on the phone, almost always in times of crisis - hurricanes here, floods there, but throughout all the testing times we faced she faced them with a smile, a giggle and an indefatigable desire to make sure she did her absolute best to look after our clients. Sarah was a true gem and she will be hugely missed.
— Oli Horton
So sorry Stephen . X
— Karen Day

— Linda and Des Byrne (Martin)
Despite never meeting Sarah in person, during my time working with her in Trailfinders we would spend long hours nattering over the phone while we should have been working. She was kind, funny and I really felt I had a kindred spirit in her.

She spoke so lovingly about her family I can’t image the heartache they are going through.

The world is an emptier place without the shape of Sarah in it. My thoughts & tears are with you all.
— Chani Anderson
