Sean was a magician with a hurl. A hero to me in my boyhood back in the fifties, he turned many a match Kilkenny's way with his golden touch. He represented North Kilkenny on the county team in an era when the selectors turned a blind eye to all clubs north of the city. Rest in peace, Sean, and thanks for the great memories.
