Deepest condolences to Rita & all the Clarke family. I first met Shay in the mid 1970s. He was a frequent visitor to our house on Tower Road,
Many a cup of tea was had, conversations on motorcycles especially
Kawasaki 900 and weekends away in various places to attend rallies.
Shay was always great company and a great friend.

My heartfelt condolences to Rita, Michael, Kathleen, Noeleen and Phyllis, and all the extended families on the passing of Shay. I'm sure he has left a big void in the lives of many. He seemed to be a remarkable mam who was well loved. It's years since I met my cousin Shay, Aunty Maggie and my Mam Lucy, used to joke about Shay, Noeleen and myself being the only ones with red hair! Remember all the lovely memories of good times past. Unfortunately I cannot attend the Memorial Service as I am in U.S.A., but I am thinking of you all at this sad time. May Shay's gentle soul rest in peace.

For all those people who have never met Shay Clarke ….. he was a beautiful human being with the biggest heart, his nieces and nephews thought he was ‘the coolest uncle’ who simply never grew old, he had so much time for family and friends, especially his grandniece. “Niamh” they had a very special bond, and then there was Rita, the love of Shay’s life, his best friend, if he could have put the world on a plate he would have, he loved her that much.
I am so very sorry that his dreams and his life were taken from him so soon, Shay minded me when I was small, I’m sure he will continue to do so, love you always and forever, your little sister Phil ♥️
