It's with sadness that I heard of Sheila's passing. A kind women and though I haven't seen her in many a long year, as a kid growing up on Redemption road - I remember a kind and loving woman. Frank, John, Dessie and Myles may you find strength together at this time and celebrate your wonderful Mam's life and the joy she brought to you all. May Sheila rest peacefully now and continue to be a shining light.

She was such a beautiful person, always had time for a chat and was always asking how everyone was especially Pat she was so proud of him . When you would meet Mrs Gaffney the sun would shine and she always appreciated the least thing done for her she was the best of neighbours and will be sadly missed may she rest in eternal peace.

So sad to hear of the passing of our neighbour Mrs.Gaffney. She was always lovely to chat to. Before covid my mother nd myself often bumped into her on our "girls" day out on fridays, usually around lunchtime. It was lovely to see the chat between neighbours now at the stage of life that they could enjoy lunch, chats etc as they had done their main job of looking after us all.
