I worked in the Yard when it first opened and learned so much from Siobhan. I still regularly make the food that she first taught me to make.

I was very saddened to hear of Siobhan’s passing, we trained together in “David Marshalls” in the late 80’s. Siobhan was such a warm, genuine and fun person, there were many great nights out in Dublin and in k.k. at the weekends. I was delighted a few years ago to call into her coffee shop,siobhan was the same warm , genuine and fun person, heartfelt condolences to her partner Ray, daughters Sadie and Rosie, her sister Sharon , her brother Lynam. A huge loss to all who knew her and loved her. R.I.P Siobhan. Barbara .

Siobhán was such a bubbly, energetic person with an infectious zest for life. I first met her properly when we worked together in Curves and then later in Ultimate Woman. She was fiery and lovely and never tolerated any BS, she was a just whole heap of fun. She was so passionate about music, books, clothes, veggie food and her family- she was a warm and generous soul and I always I enjoyed getting her thoughtful take on things. She was always the life and soul of the party on nights out, too! In recent years, she always made a point of enquiring after my dad when he was unwell even though I know she had a lot on her own plate at that time. Those genuinely kind words meant so much to me at the time and still do. My most heartfelt condolences to Ray, Sadie and Rosie, and to Sharon, Lynam, and the extended Hennessy and Cantwell families.
