So sad to learn of Sr. Mary Hilary passing. Having a long association with Holy Child Killiney, it has been great to keep in touch at Stable Lane whilst working in the city. Often in recent times I would meet Sr.Mary Hilary walking on Harcourt Street or St.Stephen's Green. She would be turned out immaculately in the SHCJ habit, & always so calm and welcoming. God Bless and keep you close to us.
— John Hallinan
Please accept my most sincere condolences on the death of Sister Hilary RIP.
She was the principal of Holy Child Killiney in 1995 when I joined the school. She guided me spiritually and was a warm, kind and generous woman. I am so grateful for her giving me such a wonderful start in life.
She knew back then that I had the vocation to become a nurse.
May She Rest In Peace.
