Sr. Ita Higgins

Comhbhrón ó chroí le Béibhín, Orla, Colm & Joseph agus le Siúracha an Leinbh Íosa ar bhás Sr Ita. Ag cuimhneamh oraibh in am an bhróin. We will all miss her friendship dearly. She was such an interesting, talented, knowledgeable, able, caring, kind and such an artistic lady. Her dedication to the religious life and to her vocation was an example for all. She served so well - go gcúití Dia a saothar lei. Tá sí ins na Flaithis anois lena muintir & a cáirde agus Cuireadh na Nollag faighte aici.

Sincere condolences to all of Ita's family and the Drishane sisters on the sad passing of Ita. She was a lovely lady and will be sadly missed. Fond memories of Ita down through the years when she used to come on her holidays to Ballyferriter. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hAnam.

Our condolences and heartfelt sympathy for Sister Ita’s family and for the Sisters of the Infant Jesus. Ita’s compassion, humility and ability to see the best in others was an inspiration and a model for us at St Maur’s. We have both benefited from her kindness and feel so much the better for having known her. May she rest in peace.

Lovely memories of Ita in the community with us in Myross Wood. Thank God for the lovely and unusual life beating deeply within her and a light that enlightened many people through her presence with us and in her retreat ministry.
