To the dear sisters of St Maries of the Isle and the staff of St. Als., I offer my sympathies on the passing of Sr. Cyril. She ran a great library and study facility for us. A diamond within the school community. Very fond memories of her. May she rest in peace.

I can still hear her saying to us in first year religion class in the 80's "open your hearts and your purses to the missions" as she sought to continue to help those she had worked with for many years on the "missions" and of which she spoke of to us so often.

We are so sad to hear of the passing of Aunty Peggy/Nanny Peggy as she became known by our children. She was a lady full of fun, divilment, love and utter respect to all around her and had such an interest in what was going on around the world. She will be hugely missed.
