My deepest condolences to all of Sr Marian's family and also to all of her fellow Sister's in the Loreto community.

I am a past pupil of North Great George's Street. Sr Marian was not only a principal at the time but she also taught me maths in 5th and 6th year.

One lasting memory I have of her, was her telling us (several times) in 5th year was her dislike of "mathematical jargon" but she had to use it. Basically I think she wanted to teach us in an easier way, but couldn't, she had to follow a specific way.

Rest In Peace Sr Marian
