We got to know Sr Patricia down the year from the visits/holidays to the Leddy/Donovan cousins in Araglen, Ballyporeen and Kilworth with the Mullinahone O'Byrnes. It was a joy to meet Sr Patricia as she was always in great humour which was infectious when meeting her. Her enquiring and informed mind made for wonderful discussions which will be missed. May she rest in peace.

We were neighbours of the Sisters in Carlow and many a time she would pop over to our house for a chat and a cuppa. She also taught me in Scoil Mhuire. In later years herself and her dear friend Sr Consulata would often visit my mother. They were a joy to witness together. Always full of fun. She was also a very spiritual lady and always willing to lend a helping hand. May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.
