Warmest condolenses to Stefans family from me and my familj. I am so glad that I have had him as my friend on FB for the last years and enjoyed his photos and tales from different parts of Ireland, especially Donegal.
I can say that I am a really old friend of Stefans family as I am a war veteran like his father. And my friendship with Lars can be dated long before or abt 90 years ago as I vivedly remember that my parents visited Lars parents and we two Lars played in the yard.

Our deepest sympathy to you, Nora & Anna, on your loss. He was a gentleman & he was often talked about in high regard in my house growing up. May he rest in peace.

I am so very sad to hear about poor Stefan. I worked with him in Goireland many years ago and he was a good friend to me. He was the life and soul of the company and I have so many fond memories of him. I offer my deepest condolences to his wife and daughter and extended family. I am so shocked and saddened to learn of the sad passing of Stefan. I had a lot of fun and laughs with Stefan on the phone when I worked in Donegal Oil Company pre 2005. He always talked about beautiful Norway. You were a pleasure to know Stefan, a real gentleman may you get the best bed in heaven 💔🙏 deepest sympathy to your family.

From all of us here at On The Limit Sports we are saddened to hear the passing of our friend Stefan Lassus . Over the years we all had the pleasure of getting to work alongside a gentleman at different events .He showed a great interest in promoting the sport through his images that he took throughout the years. Our crews would meet him at rallys we covered down through the years , he always had a great welcome for us , and show us his wonderful images that he would have taken.
He will be sadly missed on the rally scene ,always smiling,

Many a day on the ditch was spent all over the country having a laugh and most importantly not taking anything too seriously, comparing some of the Irish stages to his Finnish stages and telling stories.
