Bridie,
Sincere sympathy to you and Jessica and Mary on the sudden passing of Stephen. I have remembered him at Mass and you are all in my prayers. I pray to Mary the Mother of God for you as it reminds me of the Pieta, where Our Lady trusted in God even though she had just lost her Son. God rewarded her when Jesus rose from the dead on Easter morning. Stephen's anniversary will always be at Easter, I hope in time this gives you great consolation.

1990's - I have very fond memories of you, Stephen, my sister and I would visit our Granny in the summer holidays in her home, Ballyglass, Co. Sligo. We always looked forward to having you and your mum over. The mums would talk and have tea, we would be out the front kicking football or running around the fields at the back. Simpler times! RIP xx

Can't believe your gone buddy

"Well my friend its too early to say goodbye you've finally managed to make me cry

We grew up as scoundrels, messers we were dubs we hit every nightclub and pub that we could.

From Mexico to Vegas Portugal to Amsterdam it was outside space ibiza one morning that we made the plan.

Remember that time we were at sonar Barcelona I nearly thought I was gona lose ya.
You said some heroes don't wear capes from that day on I knew we were best mates.

You have many friends far and wide who are inconsolable now you've died.
Don't worry Stephen we are here beside you you'll never be alone in that place you've gone too.
Were sorry we can't be with you in sligo today this dam corona virus is keeping the flock at bay. I'm sure you'd see the funny side of this if you were sitting here beside me taking the piss.

The northside of Dublin was your favoured ground and in mother gooses is always where you'd be found. Inishfallen parade what can I say I think it's seen its greyest day.

Your mother bridie raised an amazing son a father to Jessica second to none.

In a famous aslan cover " I wish you were here" please wait for me my friend while I shed one more tear.

Friends forever Il never forget ya this is my tribute to the original finger wagga"

Amen I will see you on the dance floor again
