Sincere condolences to the Callanan family on the passing of Thomas. My deepest sympathies go out to his wife phina, brothers Con and john and his sister Mary. Thomas was a great friend I had the privilege to know him for 60 years a true gentleman. I unfortunately will not be able to attend the funeral. Thomas was a great Sarsfields man and was a member of the club for many years. Thomas jr. Followed in his footsteps and I’m sure Thomas was thrilled when Thomas jr. Was elevated into Sarsfields hall of fame. Thomas was a caring person and looked after us in our youth both on and off the field. He was an uncrowned king. May his noble soul rest in piece.
