I only met your lovely Tom when he was still a baby but from all I’ve read here, he reminds me so much of you. So many memories of our young days all keep flashing through my mind - in the Granary in Dublin, in the Bulowstr. in Berlin, in the bedsit in Muswell Hill, London. Carefree days. Now there is deep sadness and grief in your days. As a now much older friend, I hope I can in some small way, help you to carry this sadness. Your lovely Tom may have had many friends but it’s not from the wind he got this and his mammy’s right up there with him on that one. Thinking of you.

What a gifted, beautiful young man he was whose going to the Lord at such a young age has plunged his mum and extended family and friends into the depths of grief.
