Thos was one of life's gentlemen, always with a wiry grin. It was a pleasure to have known him. He will be deeply regretted by his family and friends. We offer our sincere sympathy to his wife Nellie and family.

Thosie, my great grandad, it was always lovely to see you even though it was on video chat. You would always talk to me when I would speak to you, and always complimented my "lovely big eyes" and my curly hair that you gave to me.

You always stood up for me and worried for me when you heard about Mama and Papa making me go to the swimming pool.

Mama tells me how patient, kind and strong you were, and that I surely get so much of my fighting spirit from you. Thank you so much for this.
