A giant oak has fallen - but many acorns will become majestic trees again - Tim will be missed by many but none more so than his beloved daughter Nicola grandson Timmy and grandchildren. A kind friendly soul was his core being and he radiated warmness to everyone he met . His sensitivity to the human condition was manifested in a short story of the death of his mother. I still keep a copy of this to read from time to time and all I can say is that no author I’ve ever read can touch the genius that was behind this simple prose that conveyed the universal devastation of the death of a mother . Tim , you deserve a break from the challenges of this world but your memory will live on amongst your beloved family and countless friends - Safely Home .
— Liam Kilkenny
