Was so sorry to hear at Mass this morning of his death from his sister in law and brother Declan.
I loved the chat with him in the garage and he was always interested in where we went on holidays. He was always so nice and met him in the Wishing Well recently.
I will miss him.
Am very sad.

I met Tim for the first time some ten years ago when we were both having lunch in the Grange in Deansgrange. Thereafter we regularly bumped into each other in the local garage or in the Grange. I found him to be a warm and serious young man who excelled in good manners and style as is the Cork fashion. He was always generous with his time and advice of which he had copious amounts on all things to do with construction. And he never lost his Cork ways and I'll miss him all the more for that.
