Tina was the first person to invite us to her home when we moved to Ireland and then gave out to us for arriving during Coronation St! A larger then life character and great story teller. Her laugh could be heard across a crowed room and would make you want to laugh along with her. She will be missed.

Sincere condolences to Tina’s family at this sad time. I met Tina on a number of occassions at national VTOS meetings over the years. My last memory of her was our meeting in Portlaoise where she was chatty, high spirited and took everything in her stride. I am very sorry to hear this sad news. May she Rest in Peace.

In rehearsals at the Ardfinnan Panto’s was always the smell of paint fumes as this smiley woman who’s clothes were spattered with paint went about her business -painting the set for the pantos. As a young kid, there was often a lot of time hanging around in between when you were on stage, and in this time I became fascinated with what she was doing.

With a heart of gold Tina entertained me...no small feat given my million questions! One day I was sitting there watching her and she passed me a paint brush and said “Do you want to give it a go”? I hopped off my seat and from then on I was hooked! They say it takes a village to raise a child, and for the people of Ardfinnan Tina was a major part of that. Thanks to that smiley woman who’s clothes were spattered with paint passing the paint brush and letting a kid have a go, that kid now lecturers in set design. I owe her so much for bubbly care and kindness and hope one day I can do the same as she did for me.

My heartfelt condolences to Johnny, Jimmy, Joan, Pat, Catherine, Bill, Elaine, Miriam, Colette and Kate and extended family and friends at such a sad loss and heartbreaking time.

Our hearts are broke and life won't ever be the same without you Tina. You have been the best friend anyone could wish for. Our little trips were always full of fun and laughter. You brought out the best in people of all ages and every walk of life. Such a non judgemental person. You helped and touch so many lives in our community and further. You epitomised everything that is good in a person. When some of your sayings come to mind, I will continue to laugh out loud and now cry. I only wish I had known you sooner and I feel very privileged to have had you as my friend for the past 13 years. I will love and miss you forever Tina, until we meet again baby girl," love ya bye bye"

Just to offer my sincere condolences for your loss. Tina was someone I loved to work with and went to her on many occasions for events and projects i was running. Our greatest achievements and fun was the panto where she was part of the funding of and the subsequent success of every show thereafter. A massive personality and a huge loss.
