Dear Patricia and family. We were very saddened to hear of Tom’s passing. Tom and I had many a pint watching Ireland rugby and football matches outdoors on tv in Turgutreis. It is with deep regret and sadness that I have just learned of Tom's untimely passing. I enjoyed working with him in Canada Dry, Cadbury Schweppes and Coca Cola over many years and subsequently meeting him on the street in Naas or the driving range. Saddened to hear of Toms premature passing. He was the first-team coach of Naas RFC in 1988 during my year as club captain and was a major part of a successful and very enjoyable year for the club. Meticulous in his planning with a no-nonsense approach, he was a pleasure to work with and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
