Sincere sympathy to the Browne family on the sad passing of Tom. I used to meet him regularly on the Navan Road and he would give me all the news about Newmarket. He was a gentleman and always a pleasure to meet. May he rest in peace.

Tom and my late father, Michael Browne, Killavullen were first cousins and they were the best of friends. Tom was a great character, with a wonderful sense of humour and an absolute gentleman. Dear Phillip, Ciarán, Maura, and Tom, I'm so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. My heartfelt condolences to you all. I'm really happy I got to see Tom again on my recent trip to Ireland. He seemed invincible, and that's how he shall remain in my memory.

I personally didn't know your dad but since I came to live on the Navan Road over 30 years ago, not a week past but I'd see him out & about walking or on his bike. It seemed as if he were the back bone of the parish.
