Friday nights, training in the hall or the field hoping for an extra turn at the long jump or avoiding the dreaded laps. they are now some of the most wonderful memories I will cherish dearly.. trips to sports days where the taking part and doing your best was what mattered and not the result .. the encouraging voice and the shoulder you provided when it didn’t go to plan always smiling and laughing. It cannot be put into words how much of an impact you have had on so many over the years.. I will forever be grateful for the love of athletics you brought into my life.. Rest in peace
