Deepest condolences to all the extended Minogue family on the sad passing of Tom so soon after the passing of his dearest Bridie. As a colleague he had no peer in regard to his enjoyment of the many social occasions around Football and the many Nursing Conferences we attended together and the famous Cribeen Nights in Andersons at Christmas. He was a man of traditional values but did not stand in the way of progress for the younger generation in his profession. I would also like to extend my gratitude to him for his many years of service to first the I.T.G.W.U.Union and then its successor SIPTU where he gave of his time and also passed on some of his wisdom to me and others at the helm. His love of all things Cavan particularily the exploits of the Cavan Gaa team was legendary. Tom may you truly RIP.

He was a great man to go to for a bit of sensible advice. It was my privilege to have known him.

We all miss so much our dear neighbour Tom and Bridie at this sad time for all the Minogue family. We couldn't wish for a better neighbour in every possible way except of course on a Friday when Tom was frying, with relish, his herrings or mackerel! We are all sad at Tom's passing but we are hugely comforted by the thought he will be sitting next to Bridie in a happier place. Rest in peace Tom.

My Sincere Sympathy to all of Tom's Family and friends on his passing. Lovely memories of Tom a kind and caring Nurse, one of life's gentlemen. Tom had a lovely warm pleasant personality which endeared him to all Patients and Staff and everyone was shown the utmost Respect. This needs to be said as it didn't go unnoticed - Tom took the time on an almost daily basis to visit the Graveyard on the Hospital grounds, the Resting Place where many Patients back the years are interred, Tom's great Reverence, Dignity and Respect to those Patients who passed on, you gave them a voice - Well Done Tom, a unique trait amongst his many attributes. What a through gentleman and a Cavan Gael but we also know he’s at peace with Bridie. Ardee will miss him as we all will.
