I just burst into tears reading this sad news!
And I am ashamed that I am not the great communicator as our mothers were.
However, I have so many fond memories of Ronnie, going back to the old house ... Your dad's dulcit accent... Bringing me to the beach as a kid, I won't embarass you with specific memories.... . Ronnie was a wonderful friend to my mom, Though many years have passed, the fondness has gone nowhere. For all of you.
