Father Tom, you were my rock.You were the sail & rudder steering my floundering boat. You were always there for me come rain or shine, in spite of being so far apart . You will be forever in my heart.

I met Father Tom with my dear friend Sue Armstrong, during a visit to Ireland, and we were so happy to be able to share a little bit of South Africa with him during his visit here. RIP Tom after your long illness, bravely borne.

We visited Tom just 4 weeks ago and despite what Tom was facing he didn't complain, instead he was full of fun and laughter.
