Fr George will be sadly missed by so many people and a huge loss to the Ballincollig parish. A tremendous supporter of all the schools and young people in the area. I will miss but treasure the chats we had on many Taizé trips. May he rest in peace.

Sincere sympathy to the family of Fr. George. I have inspiring memories of Fr. George in Knocknaheeny, a wonderful priest, caring deeply for his people, especially those most in need of support. Among other things, I was involved in Foroige Youth Club with him, great memories of taking youth club members to discos, he was great fun. Fr. George deeply appricated those who were involved in supporting and building up the parish community, especially the Sisters, we had lovely outings organised in appreciate by him. Rest in peace Fr. George, thanks for the unexpected phone calls out of the blue offering encouragement and support. You will never be forgotten and always remembered with love and gratitude.
