I was so sorry to hear of Victors passing. We served together in the 1st. FAR & the 1st. Infantry Group in the Congo.

I would also like to add that Victor carried out the same meaningful service for my friend Tess O'Neills father who also perished in WW2. She was so appreciative and grateful. Indeed the experience for us both was unforgettable. It was so kind of Victor and so thoughtful. Kindest regards and sympathies to his family.

My sincerest condolences to Victor's family. I will never forget the tour he organised to Luxembourg where my father who was a u.s. soldier in world war 2 is interred. He organised a wonderful military service at his grave in Luxembourg which meant so much to me. Thank you Victor and god bless you.
