I am sad to hear that Vincent has passed away RIP.
I worked with Vincent in Bray UDC in the early 2000’s.
I learned much from him during that time and he was a gentleman to deal with.
The photo is beautiful and is how I remember Vincent.

Have many fond memories of working with Vincent when he was a Senior Engineer with Dublin Co Co and I was working for a materials and service supplier to the council. It was a pleasure to have known him and to do business with him. May he rest in peace.
