Condolences to all of Vincent's family on his passing . I first met Vincent doing Kenpo Karate which we both gained black belts.He helped me set up my own karate club. He also guided me to joining the Prison Service. Godfather to my eldest daughter Cassandra.Always had a great laugh and many a hard training session with Vincent.
