Our deepest sympathy to you Dolores on Vincent's passing. He was a lovely man and he made our wedding rings. Sorry we could not attend the funeral.

Deepest sympathy to you Dolores at this sad time. I first met Vinny in 1970 when I joined Terence TT CLUB
and you were both preparing to go to Canada. I recall the many Leinster League meetings which you hosted in your house in Dundrum. I remember the lovely tarts and cakes which you prepared for each occasion over the years. There was always the spirit of kindness and welcome. I also recall requesting a ring for my wife for a very special occasion. The ring I wanted was in Weir's of Grafton Street with a prohibitive price. "Just tell me the tray number and the style,and I will see what I can do", he said without hesitation. Needless to say, the deed was done several weeks later, at a fraction of the tray price.

I first knew him when we both worked on South Anne Street
long time ago ,I can still see him with the magnifying glass
thing on , I think he had a permanent mark on his forehead
from wearing it all day.....
