Condolences to all Vinny's family at this sad time. Knew Vinny from New Oak and then we shared a house in Sydney with a few other Carlow heads for a while, always good fun when he was around and he loved his tunes.

I met Vinny back in the care free days of Sydney in the late 90s, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest sympathies to his family and his many friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

I have not seen Vinny in years but I have very fond memories of Vinny and Pj growing up in Carlow town. I remember he always had a smile on his face for every one he met. My heart breaks for Vinny's Family and friends. May Vinny rest in peace with his Mammy and the all the Angels in heaven. Vinny's loss is now Heaven gain. My thoughts and prayers are with Vinny's family and friends and may God give you strength and courage through this difficult time

I always remember the crazy and fun times we had in early 90's Carlow. You always had a smile and a laugh, as did the rest of the gang. I was always made feel so welcome, even as a Corkman. 😉

Very sad news to hear of the passing of Vinny. Was always a great guy to bump into on a night out and he was a fountain of knowledge when you spoke to him about metal music. Always a brilliantly humoured guy to talk to and no one could deliver the word "brother" quite like him. I don't think there will be any peace when he gets near the sound system up in heaven!
