Sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I knew him from Favourite Tractors. He was an absolute gentleman, and he was a visionary of the time when he started to bring in an unknown tractor, called a Fendt, to Ireland. There is a book to be written about this story at some stage!

Bill & Seamus sold my late dad Jimmy his 1st fendt back in the late 70s .He was a mind of information and mechanical knowhow of this new brand back to Ireland in the day . I spent many years hunting and shooting with him and always enjoyed his company. Every Fendt tractor owner will tell you that he was an expert on those tractors.
I can't help coming to the conclusion that when God created Bill he decided to throw away the mould.
