Billy Jnr here. I just read through all the condolences here tonight and I am blown away. My Dad was a great man. I know that but I’m glad everyone thought the same. He was so genuine. I feel lucky to have a father like him. Always treated us well. “Loved the bones of us.” And told us this always.
He’ll be missed but remembered on a daily basis.

I would like to extend my sincere sympathies to Francis and all the family on Billy's passing. He was the ultimate gentleman. Many moons ago I did fotos for the Shannon Mail Order catalogues and Billy was the photographer. We had such fun. He had a great manner and sense of humour. RIP.

We were very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. He was a great character and gentleman and always full of fun. I had the pleasure of spending many years in Shannon Airport with him and I also played rugby with him and against him. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
