We miss Willie a lot ….great neighbour and friend to our family all our lives ! Especially to my late father Ned Quinlan …..they travelled together and had great times !

We extend our deepest sympathies to Eileen and all the Family. We were very saddened to learn of Willies passing. We made a connection on our first meeting, when he asked if we had any Irish ancestors. I replied my Mother was a Foley and my Great Great Grandfather came from Cappoquin. He replied my Mother was a Foley and came from down that way. We had other interests in common.

When he stayed with us in Berry he was impressed with my new chainsaw. He gave me a few tips and we cut some firewood. When we visited Ireland next I had to confess we had moved to a smaller place and left the chainsaw behind for the new owners. That visit was too short. There were many places we would have liked to take him. We have not been able to visit Ireland again these last few years and have missed other times we could have shared. May he rest in peace.
