When he was training - he was a shrewd operator and if he went to the well, he usually came back with the ‘water’.!!

Sincere Sympathy to Bridie on your sad loss and Condolences to all the Fennin family on Willie's untimely passing. He was a genuine and true Gentleman and a pioneer in all his endeavours. He will be greatly missed around the Parade Ring and will no doubt be leaning over the Veranda of Heaven whenever there's a race meeting in Ballybrit, Curragh or Punchestown and further afield and also when the Lilywhites are playing in Croke Park or St. Conleth's Park. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis. Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann.
