The death has taken place March 2nd 2024

at Altnagelvin Hospital of Constance Mc Cann (née Patton)

6 Danesfort Crescent, Derry

and formerly of Eden Terrace, Strabane.

Beloved wife of the late John,

much loved mother of Thomas, Fiona, John, Michael, Deirdre

and the late Raymond,

and sister of Michael, Anna, Pat and Patrick.

Reposing at her home on Sunday (March 3rd)

and Monday (March 4th) from 5p.m.to 9p.m.

Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday (March 5th) at 10.20a.m.

for Requiem Mass in St Brigid`s Church, Carnhill at 11a.m.

Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, grandchildren,

great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, neighbours,

extended family and friends.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
