David (Abbo) Abbott
It is with great sadness we announce the death of our beloved David. There are no words to express our sadness and we will never be the same without him in our lives. Dearly loved son of Des and the late Lana (nee Hallahan), much loved partner of Leah and adored father of Ali and Emily, cherished grandad of Sienna-Rose. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken partner, daughters, granddaughter, father, sisters Jillian and Jane, brothers Desmond and Niall, Leah’s children Luke and Ella-Mae, the Barry-Murphy family, brothers in law Jason and John, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
MAY DAVID REST IN PEACE
David will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Road, Cobh, (Eircode P24Y383) on Sunday, 13th August 2023, from 4.00 p.m. with prayers at 6.00 p.m. Removal will take place from his Dad’s home (Wilmount Park) on Monday, 14th August 2023, at 10.30 a.m. to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
