Deirdre M Larkin (née O’Keeffe) of Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballyhackamore, Belfast. October 15th 2024. Peacefully, in the care of the wonderful staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital and the Marlay Nursing Home, Rathfarnham.

Beloved wife of the late J Gregory Larkin and devoted mother to Conor, Cormac & Gráinne. Daughter of the late TP O’Keeffe and Tessa Gallagher, sister of Dermot, Nuala, Fergus & Catriona and the late Terence . Sorely missed by her children, her brothers and sisters, bothers- and sisters-in-law, her nieces and nephews, grandnephew and grandnieces. Fondly remembered by her colleagues and students at the High School, Rathgar and her friends in the Parnell Society and Summer School.

Reposing at O’Donovan’s Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 PW73, Sunday 20th October from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Killiney, Monday 21st October at 10am, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium (family).
