The death has occurred of
Denis Barrett
Barrett (Banteer & Glantane); On January 31st 2024, peacefully at Cork University Hospital, Denis, Eagle View, beloved husband of the late Kay (Curtin) and dear father of Dermot, John Paul, Brian and the late Angela, brother of Frankie, Maizie and the late Donal and Rita. Deeply regretted by his loving family, nephews, David, Garrett & Leonard, niece Mary (Brosnan), grand nephews Brendan and Corey, sister in law Mary and the O'Regan family, brother in law Noel Fitzgerald and best friend Betty.

Reposing at McCarthy's Funeral Home, Banteer, on Friday (February 2nd) from 6.30pm with prayers at 8pm. Reception into St Fursey's Church, Banteer, on Saturday (February 3rd) for 11am Requiem Mass. Mass can be viewed live at http://www.churchservices.tv/Banteer. Burial afterwards in St Fursey's Cemetery.
