Denis Sexton
SEXTON (Cork) On March 20th 2023, peacefully at home in the presence of his loving family, DENIS, Killala Gardens, Knocknaheeney (late Pearse Place, Ballyphehane), much loved husband of Noreen (née Walsh) and loving father of Denise (Leahy), Alan, Jennifer (Walsh), Damien and Kenneth, cherished grandfather to his 13 grandchildren, especially the late Craig and Owen and brother of Neilus, Mamie, John, Robert, Bernadette, Vivienne, Rita, Leonard and the late Tony and Paul. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours especially Nell, Niall, Marie, Ger, Kay, Jude and Willie and friends.
Visitation at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday, March 22nd, from 5pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday, March 23rd, at 12 noon in St. Mary's on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeney. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully.
