Peacefully in University Hospital Limerick surrounded by his loving family.

Derek will be deeply missed by his heartbroken family, wife Margaret, daughters Jenny and Maggs, sons Michael and Pat, daughter-in-law Deirdre, his grandchildren Amelia, Amber, Lee, Gavin and Blake, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Derek will repose in Mc Mahons Funeral Home Newmarket On Fergus this Saturday (30th November) from 6pm to 7:30pm.
Arriving for cremation service in Shannon Crematorium on Sunday (1st December) at 12 noon.

A Funeral procession will leave Mc Mahons Funeral Home via Killnasoolagh park on the way to Shannon Crematorium on Sunday morning at 11am.
