Derek Treacy

TREACY, Derek – 16th December 2024 - (Late of Chapelizod, Dublin 20 and formerly of Carlow). Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the Staff of St. James Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and May Treacy.

 

Derek will be very sadly missed by his loving wife and bestfriend Joan, adored father to Fiona, Ciarán, Róisín and Siobhán. Beloved grandfather to Lughaidh, Éabha, Sophie and Ben, son-in-law, Brian, daughter-in-law Gaby, brothers, Frank and Donal, sister Ursula, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-niece, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

May Derek's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 113 Emmet Road, D08 P8X5 on Thursday, December 19th at 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass at 10am on Friday 20th of December in Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, Chapelizod, D20 HY39 and thereafter for burial in Esker Lawn Cemetery.
