Dessie McLoughlin

The death has occurred of Dessie McLoughlin, Rockingham, Boyle, Co. Roscommon (formerly Boston, USA), June 29th 2023, peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Abbeyhaven Nursing Home, Boyle.

Predeceased by his parents Tom and Margaret, sister Beryl (Manchester), brother-in-law Tommy, and  nephew Noel.

Deeply regretted by his loving sister, Maeve Guckien, (Rockingham), brother Raymond (Castlerea), sister-in-law Noereen nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Dessie’s soul rest in peace

Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, on Saturday evening from 3.30 p.m. until 5.45 p.m. followed by removal to St. Michael’s Church, Cootehall, arriving 6.30 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Sunday morning at 11.30am. Interment afterwards in Ardcarne Cemetery.
