Donie Leahy

Leahy, Windmill Hill, Youghal & late of Barryscourt, Carrigtwohill on April 17th, 2022, peacefully at Youghal and District Nursing Home. Donie, lifelong partner of Violet and dear Dad of Anthony, Paul, Andrea, Jill and Alan. Loving grandad and great grandad, brother of Billy and the late Nancy and Dick, son of the late Johanna and Patrick.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his partner, his sons, daughters, sons in-law, daughters in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters in-law, brother in-law, also Violet’s sons Clifford & Trevor, their wives and families, also Kathleen and Winston, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Donie will repose at Egan’s Funeral Home, Greencloyne, Youghal on Tuesday from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am in St. Mary’s Parish Church followed by burial in St Mary’s Collegiate Church grounds.
