Peacefully, at Carechoice Nursing Home, Trim, in the loving care of the staff. Pre-deceased by his wife, Mary, and daughter, Maura, sister, Kate (Kit), brothers, Jim and Pat. He will be sadly missed by his loving sons Eddie, Andrew, James, Peter, and Aidan, daughters, Edwina, Catherine, Eithne, Irene, Olivia, Fiona, and Roisin, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Peter, Andy, and Barney, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In keeping with Government and HSE guidelines, the funeral will be private. Arriving to St. John the Baptist Church, Nobber, on Thursday morning for a private family funeral Mass at 12 noon (maximum 10 people). Burial afterwards in Nobber Cemetery. Please ensure that social distancing is adhered to at all times. For those who cannot attend, the funeral Mass can be viewed on https://www.facebook.com/Nobber-Dee-Railers-1524495731096112/.
