Eileen McFadden (née Children) of Rocky Valley, Kilmacanogue, Bray, Co. Wicklow formerly Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Mirth Roadshow, Biddie Daniels Roadshow and McFaddens Roadshow. The McFadden family are heartbroken to announce that Eileen was called for the last time and the curtain came to a close on Tuesday morning December 10th 2024 at St.Vincent’s Hospital for a well known and talented lady.
Devoted mother of the late Sylvia, daughter of the late Ray and Sylvia (Mirth) Children and sister of the late Sonnie, Sheila and Gregory. Remembered with love by her husband Harry McFadden for 71 years, daughter Thelma, grandchildren Chloë and Lewis, son-in-law Pat, sister, Jean and Milda, nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends who were part of her amazing life of over 92 years. Funeral Mass on Friday morning to celebrate Eileen’s life at 10am (December 13th) in Holy Rosary Church, Greystones (which can be viewed live on the following link) https://gkpastoralarea.ie/online/) after which Eileen will be laid to rest in the family grave at Redford Cemetery, Greystones.
