SMITH (née Whelan) Eithne (late of Donaghmede, Dublin and Susanville Road, Drumcondra) – 24th December 2022 (peacefully) at Beaumont Hospital. Predeceased by her cherished grandson Senan and her sisters Deirdre and Adrienne. Beloved wife of Seán and much-loved mam of Breffni, Seána and Conor. Will be very sadly missed by her husband and children, son-in-law Patrick, daughter-in-law Katarina, grandchildren Ella, Patrick, Darragh, Daniel and Conorko, sister Terry, brother-in-law Shay, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock on Monday afternoon, 2nd January from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to the Holy Trinity Church, Donaghmede, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

 

For those who are unable to attend the Funeral Mass it will be streamed live on Tuesday morning at 10am via the following link: https://holytrinityparish.ie/live/

 

The Crematorium Service, which will take place afterwards at approximately 12.30pm, will also be streamed live and can be viewed via the following link: https://www.dctrust.ie/location/glasnevin/chapel-webstream.html

Eithne’s family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Lusk Community Unit for their wonderful care of Eithne during her time there.
