Ellen (Ellie) Smith (née Kavanagh), late of Bray and formerly of Monastery, Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully on 30th September 2022, in her 91st year, in the exceptional care of Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home, with her beloved family by her side. Dearly loved wife of the late Sonny (Patrick), much loved Mam of Dianne, Matthew, Maureen, Helen and the late Joe, idolised by her grandchildren Julianne, Karla, Stephen, Aaron and the late Leslie-Anne and great-grandchildren Emily, Lucas and Theo, sadly missed by her son-in-law Seán, daughter-in-law Jackie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Sunday (2nd October) from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (3rd October) at 10.30am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Putland Road, Bray followed by burial in St. Mochonog’s Cemetery, Kilmacanogue. The Mass may be viewed online at churchservices.tv/brayqueenofpeace. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.
