The death has occurred of Ellen (Nellie) Keaveney (nee Gilmore) Lisheen, Boyounagh, Glenamaddy, Co. Galway.
A lifelong resident of Lisheen, Ellen passed away peacefully on the 7th of July 2024, in Galway University Hospital after a short illness. Predeceased by her much loved husband Paul, brothers William, Edward and Patrick and sister Mary. She was a much loved sister-in-law, aunt and cousin and had many friends in the neighbourhood and in Dunmore and Glenamaddy.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Ellen will repose in Divilly's Funeral Home, Glenamaddy Wednesday, the 10th of July, from 5:30 pm till 7pm, with removal afterwards to St Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy. Ellen's Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 11th July at 11 am,with burial afterwards in Boyounagh Cemetery.
